About ITS

The International Thespians Society (ITS) is the only theatre honor society for middle and high school students in the United States. The ITS organization hosts yearly state and nationwide theatre festivals for thespians to engage and connect with others. 

McKinney Theatre proudly represents Troupe 3604 at Texas Thespians State Festival. Make sure to be enrolled into the McKinney Theatre ITS Canvas where updates and events will be posted and updated!

Induction

Induction points will be awarded for theatre-related work done on campus or outside the school's theatre program. A total of 10 points, turned in by the first Friday in November (for Fall Induction) OR by the Quarter 3 point submission deadline (for Spring Induction), are required to be eligible for ITS Induction. A minimum of 5 points have to be earned through McKinney High productions and events to be eligible for Induction.
